These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and UntreX ("we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the UntreX website, applications, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). Please read them carefully before using the Service.
By creating an account, or by otherwise accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.

You retain full ownership of everything you create on UntreX — your stories, photos, videos, audio, and any other content you upload ("Your Content"). We do not claim ownership over it.
To operate the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive license to store, encrypt, transmit, and display Your Content solely as needed to provide the Service to you and anyone you explicitly choose to share it with. This license ends when you delete Your Content or close your account, subject to reasonable backup and legal retention periods.

UntreX is built on end-to-end encryption, meaning Your Content is designed so that only you, and anyone you choose to share it with, can read it. We never sell your data, never use it to train models, and never use it for advertising. Full details are available in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
Some features of UntreX may be offered as paid plans. Where applicable, prices, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be shown to you before you subscribe. Unless required otherwise by law, fees are non-refundable. You may cancel a subscription at any time, effective at the end of the current billing period.
The Service, including its design, code, branding, and features (excluding Your Content), is owned by UntreX and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, pose a security risk, or if required by law, with notice where reasonably possible. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends immediately, though certain provisions of these Terms will continue to apply.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UntreX and its team will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of data, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold UntreX harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your misuse of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dehradun, Uttarakhand, India.
We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to the Service or applicable law. If we make material changes, we will provide reasonable notice, such as an in-app notification or an update to the date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
